Peer Helpers
We all know it's tough to talk to an adult sometimes when things are rough. Peer helping is based on the fact that youth often seek out their peers when they are experiencing something difficult. Peer Helpers are supportive, trustworthy people who care about others and talk with them about their thoughts, feelings, and problems.
Need someone to talk to? Have beef with a friend and want to fix it? Talk to a Peer Helper.
Peer Helpers support new students, assist with conflict resolution, carry out random acts of kindness, tutoring, and support student events such as Mix It Up, Red Ribbon Week, Movie Night, and Pennies for Patients.
